We are partnering with a highly regarded, Legal 500-recognised law firm in Newcastle to secure a skilled Serious Injury Lawyer for their award-winning Claimant Personal Injury department. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team handling a complex, high-value caseload, including multi-million-pound claims involving catastrophic and brain injuries.
Caseload Management: Managing a varied and complex caseload of serious claimant injury claims from inception through to successful settlement.
Client Care: Providing expert, empathetic legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests and rehabilitation needs are fiercely protected. Drafting robust legal documents and correspondence tailored to complex serious injury cases. Working closely with leading counsel, medical experts, and multi-disciplinary teams to build watertight cases. Conducting thorough legal research to support innovative case strategies and maximize outcomes.
Compliance & Best Practice: Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory frameworks and actively contributing to the development of the department's internal procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and empathetic legal professional with a proven track record in high-value personal injury litigation. A Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 4+ years’ PQE.
