NRG is expanding its technology division and we are looking for an experienced IT recruiter who wants to build a high performing desk within a well established and respected North East brand. This role suits someone who understands the tech market, values long term client partnerships and wants the support of a business with the infrastructure to help them scale.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing and growing your own IT recruitment desk
  • Building relationships with both new and existing clients across the region
  • Delivering high quality shortlists across software, infrastructure, cyber, data and digital
  • Developing a strong candidate network and maintaining regular engagement
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider business to support cross functional hiring needs
  • Providing a professional, well structured recruitment service that reflects the NRG brand
