Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity where you can truly make an impact? We are working with a growing organisation that is entering an exciting phase of expansion. With around 20 employees and plans to grow significantly over the next year, they are now looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop their HR function.
This is a standalone role, reporting directly to the CEO, and would suit someone confident working autonomously while partnering closely with senior leadership. As HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle and play a key role in shaping the people strategy as the organisation continues to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and company values
- Providing expert advice on employee relations and performance management
- Leading recruitment and onboarding processes
- Supporting managers with coaching, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensuring HR records and processes are compliant with GDPR and employment law
- Driving inclusion and supporting employees with additional needs or adjustments
- Advising on compensation, benefits, and reward strategies
About You
You will be an experienced HR professional with a hands-on approach and the confidence to work independently in a growing business.
Essential:
- Proven HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor experience
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Skilled in handling complex employee relations cases
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- CIPD Level 5
