You will manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated credit hire claims, working closely with solicitors and senior team members to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:- Handling credit hire claims from instruction to settlement
- Assessing liability, quantum, and prospects of success
- Dealing with hire disputes, impecuniosity arguments, and mitigation issues
