A growing financial services organisation is expanding its internal delivery function and is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This is a hands-on role leading multiple bespoke software development projects from initial concept through to full delivery. Please note that this role offers no sponsorship and requires 5 days of on-site attendance. Only apply if you are happy to work on-site 5 days per week.

The business has significantly increased its development capability and now needs a Project Manager who can bring structure, pace and ownership to a busy and evolving project pipeline.

The Role:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects.
  • Manage and support Change Analysts, ensuring requirements are gathered, refined and progressed.
  • Take greenfield ideas from “blank sheet of paper” through to fully delivered applications.
  • Build delivery roadmaps and oversee prioritisation across teams.
  • Work closely with developers, stakeholders and business users to maintain clarity and momentum.
  • Contribute to the ongoing formalisation of delivery processes as the organisation scales.
