Are you an experienced Client Delivery Manager or Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful client campaigns within the sales promotions, digital marketing or marketing technology space?

Our client is a leading organisation within the sales promotions and promotional technology industry, supporting brands with innovative campaigns and digital-led promotional solutions.

They are seeking a talented Client Delivery Manager to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused delivery professional to play a key role in managing high-profile campaigns, strengthening client relationships and ensuring operational excellence across a range of promotional projects.

The Role As Client Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of client campaigns from planning through to completion.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, meet agreed objectives and provide an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities include: Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple client campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout campaign lifecycles.

Understanding client objectives and translating them into clear delivery plans, schedules and milestones.

Coordinating resources across multiple campaigns, working collaboratively with teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, Commercial and Product Development.

Monitoring campaign performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, providing regular updates, insights and recommendations.

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows and operational efficiency.

Managing campaign budgets, supporting accurate pricing, financial reporting and invoicing processes.

Keeping up to date with trends and best practices within the sales promotions and digital promotions industry.

About You You will be a highly organised and proactive individual with strong client management skills and experience delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will ideally have: 2+ years' experience in Client Delivery, Client Services, Project Management or a similar role.

Experience working within a marketing agency, promotions, digital, technology or customer engagement environment.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and monitoring financial performance.

A solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Experience using project management tools and platforms.
