You will be joining a hugely busy and buoyant market with an established client base already in place, giving you the platform to grow quickly while building out your own desk. We are looking for someone who brings energy, resilience and a proven track record of success. Experience within the insurance market is an advantage, although not essential if you are commercially aware and quick to learn.

You will be part of a team that takes a people-centred approach to recruitment.
