Are you looking to make a real impact through your HR and organisational development expertise? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated Organisational Development (OD) team supporting vital public services in the local community.
We’re seeking a flexible, creative, and proactive HR professional with strong business partnering skills to contribute to a broad range of strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely with managers across various departments to drive improvement and innovation. Key focus areas include workforce planning, strategic recruitment, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), staff wellbeing and engagement, apprenticeship support, and HR systems development.
This role offers excellent scope for professional growth, working on high-impact projects that align with your strengths and interests.
To succeed, you'll need:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR or Organisational Development
- Experience in an HR/OD business partner role (public or private sector)
- Confidence and credibility when coaching and advising managers
