We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor with generalist experience to join our client in Gateshead initially for four weeks but expected to be longer to cover a period of sickness leave.

What will you be doing:

  • Dealing will general HR queries and providing guidance
  • Supporting Employee relations, including investigations, grievances and absence management
  • Recruitment, job advertising through relationships with stakeholders and onboarding
  • Keeping employee records up to date and compliance

  • HR Generalist experience
  • A good level of ER knowledge, especially note taking
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
