We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor with generalist experience to join our client in Gateshead initially for four weeks but expected to be longer to cover a period of sickness leave.
What will you be doing:
- Dealing will general HR queries and providing guidance
- Supporting Employee relations, including investigations, grievances and absence management
- Recruitment, job advertising through relationships with stakeholders and onboarding
- Keeping employee records up to date and compliance
What are they looking for:
- HR Generalist experience
- A good level of ER knowledge, especially note taking
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
