We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established charity that is seeking an HR Advisor to join its supportive HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Role
As the first point of contact for HR enquiries, you'll provide practical advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people-related matters. You'll also support employee relations activity and help ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently and in line with current legislation and best practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to day-to-day HR queries.
- Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment.
- Supporting managers with absence management and general employee relations matters.
- Assisting with consultation meetings, including taking notes and preparing documentation.
- Coordinating the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding and exit interviews.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Supporting the wider HR team with ongoing projects.
