An established yet evolving organisation based in Newcastle is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to support its wider people strategy and provide high-quality, day-to-day HR support across the business.
This role offers the chance to work closely with senior HR leadership and operational teams on a broad range of people initiatives, from employee relations to engagement, onboarding, and wellbeing.
What is involved:
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for line managers and employees
- Supporting employee relations matters, including investigations and informal resolution
- Assisting with the development and delivery of HR initiatives and projects
- Advising on policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance
- Participating in shaping employee experience initiatives including wellbeing and development
- Supporting learning, training, and internal communications
What we are looking for:
