Due to sickness, our client has an urgent need for an HR professional to join their busy HR team in Sunderland. This is an initial 6 week assignment, with a strong likelihood of extension.
Key Details:
- Hourly rate: £19.23
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Working pattern: Monday–Thursday (full days), early finish at 12:30pm on Fridays
- Location: On-site in Sunderland
- Start date: ASAP
The main focus of the role will be:
- Managing high volumes of absence cases
- Supporting with basic employee relations (ER) issues
- Providing generalist HR support across the business
- Collaborating closely with line managers and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and casework
