You will be responsible for delivering residential surveys and valuations across a range of instructions, including secured lending, acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio reviews. Working closely with clients across the lending, investor, and developer sectors, you will provide clear, accurate reporting and professional advice tailored to market conditions and client requirements.
You will also work alongside colleagues across valuation, building consultancy, and project management teams, contributing to a collaborative approach to client delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking residential surveys and valuations
- Producing detailed and well-supported reports
- Managing and developing client relationships
- Supporting junior surveyors and APC candidates where appropriate
- Keeping up to date with market trends, legislation, and industry best practice
- Contributing to business development and client retention activities
Applicants should be MRICS or AssocRICS qualified with previous experience in residential valuation and reporting.
