The Opportunity
We’re seeking a driven and client-focused Account Executive / Client Director to join a high-performing Employee Benefits team, helping to expand their presence across Scotland and beyond. This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated, entrepreneurial professional who enjoys developing relationships, winning new business, and delivering outstanding service. You’ll benefit from a large, established network and access to a pipeline of SME and corporate clients to engage with.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and cross-selling within an existing client base.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and partner brokerages.
- Provide expert, strategic advice on Employee Benefits, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with regional partners across multiple Scottish sites, combining home working with travel as required.
About You
- Proven experience in Employee Benefits, Group Risk, or Health Insurance.
- Demonstrable success in business development and client growth.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially astute.
- Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- IT proficient – experience with insurer portals and Acturis (an advantage).
