Are you an experienced Client Delivery Manager or Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful client campaigns within the sales promotions, digital marketing or marketing technology space? Our client is a leading organisation within the sales promotions and promotional technology industry, supporting brands with innovative campaigns and digital-led promotional solutions. They are seeking a talented Client Delivery Manager to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused delivery professional to play a key role in managing high-profile campaigns, strengthening client relationships and ensuring operational excellence across a range of promotional projects.

As Client Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of client campaigns from planning through to completion:

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple client campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout campaign lifecycles.
  • Understanding client objectives and translating them into clear delivery plans, schedules and milestones.
  • Coordinating resources across multiple campaigns, working collaboratively with teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, Commercial and Product Development.
  • Monitoring campaign performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, providing regular updates, insights and recommendations.
  • Managing campaign budgets, supporting accurate pricing, financial reporting and invoicing processes.
  • Keeping up to date with trends and best practices within the sales promotions and digital promotions industry.

You will be a highly organised and proactive individual with strong client management skills and experience delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment:

  • 2+ years' experience in Client Delivery, Client Services, Project Management or a similar role.
  • Experience working within a marketing agency, promotions, digital, technology or customer engagement environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and monitoring financial performance.
  • A solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience using project management tools and platforms.
