An opportunity has arisen for a People Coordinator to join a busy People & Culture function on a fixed-term basis. Reporting to a People Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a positive workplace culture, improving employee engagement, and helping to create an environment where the organisation is seen as an employer of choice. You will support the wider People & Culture team in delivering initiatives that embed organisational values, behaviours, and culture, while promoting effective employee relations across the workforce. This role requires a strong commitment to inclusivity, fairness, dignity, and ethical conduct in all aspects of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, and development.
- Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance across HR systems and processes.
- Manage a personal caseload and provide cover within the team as required.
- Support employee relations processes, including minute-taking and administrative coordination.
- Contribute to cross-functional working across the People & Culture team.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience working within a HR / People environment.
- Confidence using HR or people management systems.
- Strong administrative skills with knowledge of HR processes and best practice.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience producing reports and managing data accurately.
