Hours: Shifts between, Monday to Friday, 9am – 7pm (1-hour unpaid lunch) 35 hours per week
We’re working with a respected organisation in Newcastle that is seeking a First Response Advisor to join their client services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service or client-facing experience — particularly those with a legal background or ambition to progress in the legal sector.
The role serves as the first point of contact for new clients, so professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling all interactions in a professional, empathetic, and confidential manner

Ensuring consistent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Confident telephone manner with a professional and empathetic approach
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office
A legal qualification or experience (advantageous, but not essential)
