Do you enjoy fast paced Executive PA work and are immediately available? Our Newcastle based client have an opportunity to join their business as an Executive Assistant covering a period of maternity leave for 12 months. As Executive Assistant you will focus on assisting the Operations Director with a variety of administrative activities in a very dynamic working environment. They are looking for someone who is motivated, passionate and committed to making the difference, and with a great attention to detail and an outstanding sense of confidentiality.
What will you be doing:
- Strategic Support: providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the UK COO, helping them manage their time, priorities, and tasks effectively
- Diary Management: efficiently managing the COO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and coordinating travel
- Communication: Serving as a gatekeeper and the first point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Documentation: Preparing and reviewing documents, reports, presentations and correspondence
- Meeting Coordination: Organising and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and actioning
- Project Support: Assisting in managing key projects, tracking progress and liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Travel and Expense Management: Handling travel arrangements, accommodations and expense reports efficiently and cost effectively
What will you have:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting senior executives
- Exceptional organisational skills and multitasking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-Savvy – MS Office Suite, Word/Excel/PowerPoint
