Due to continued growth, they are expanding their team and looking for experienced residential surveyors to join their network.

The Role

As an AssocRICS Residential Surveyor, you will manage a varied and rewarding workload while working in a fully home-based environment. You will have the autonomy to manage your own diary while benefiting from the support of experienced Regional Directors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting RICS Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys
  • Handling a balanced mix of lender and private client instructions
  • Managing your own diary and workload
  • Producing high-quality, compliant residential survey reports
