The Opportunity We’re looking to speak with a driven and client-focused Account Executive / Client Director to join the Employee Benefits team, helping to expand the business’s presence across Scotland and the wider UK. This is an outstanding opportunity for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives in a collaborative and high-energy environment and who wants to make a tangible impact. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities , both through self-generation and leveraging an existing network of over 50,000+ SME and corporate clients within the firm’s partner brokerages. Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and network stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Act as a trusted adviser , delivering tailored Employee Benefits advice and solutions. Represent the brand at partner firms, client meetings, networking events, and industry functions. Collaborate with regional broker partners , with travel expected across Scotland and flexibility to work from home or partner offices. About You Proven experience in Employee Benefits, Group Risk, or Health Insurance. A strong track record in new business development and client growth. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Professional, credible, and confident communicator – both written and verbal. Awareness of regulatory and compliance standards. IT proficient, with experience using insurer portals and Acturis (desirable). Self‑motivated and proactive, with a hands‑on approach to managing your own pipeline and meeting targets.
