An experienced Quantity Surveyor is sought to join the team at their North East office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering affordable homes and contributing to the continued success of a well-established business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flows, budgets, and valuations in line with company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with Housing Associations, third-party providers, and sub-contractors.
- Assist in land appraisals, commercial reports, and KPIs.
- Ensure all expenditure aligns with commercial objectives and is reported accurately.

- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally in new homes.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
