Our client, a leading business gas supplier in the commercial sector, is seeking a Credit Controller to join their Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very motivated and dedicated team, who thrive on helping their customers to minimise payment arrears.
- Responsible for own ledger ensuring all customers adhere to their payment terms
- Develop relationships with customers and solving any queries concerning their accounts
- Identify and monitor customers who pose a financial risk to the customer
- Send overdue customers for disconnection whilst working within strict credit control processes
- Computer literate with moderate Excel and strong Outlook skills
