As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage contract administration, collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure that all contractual requirements are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the delivery of multiple construction contracts, ensuring they align with project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead contract administration and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ensure all safety, quality, and environmental standards are upheld throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Work closely with senior management to plan and coordinate resources, and resolve any issues or delays.
- Negotiate contracts and variations with clients and subcontractors.
