This role is a brilliant opportunity for experienced senior sales leader to accelerate their earnings in a fast-paced, fun, and challenging contact centre sales environment. You’ll enjoy a starting salary of £45,000 plus uncapped commission paid monthly.
We are looking for someone that can drive performance in a target-driven sales environment and is passionate about people development, process improvement and customer experience!
The Role:
• Inspire and motivate your team of Sales Team Managers and their teams to convert leads from industry leading partners
• Drive the sales performance of your teams to ensure they consistently achieving their KPI’s
• Assess and identify training needs to improve your team’s performance
• Use your experience and understanding of sales methodologies to coach and develop your team
• Be ambitious and driven to meet and exceed targets whilst ensuring the customers are at the heart of every decision
• Create a fun and motivating environment
• Work in collaboration with the rest of the senior sales management team to ensure success and a positive influence, celebrating the successes and wins
What we are looking for:
• Extensive operational experience leading sales team managers in a fast-paced and high-activity telephone-based sales environment – B2C or B2B
• Hands-on approach to sales management, coaching and development
• Customer-focused and quality driven
• Self-motivated, ambitious, resilient and determined
• Ability to manage and drive performance
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
