We are working with a high-performance, specialist PPC agency that is focused on delivering profit-driven results for ambitious e-commerce brands. Operating across the UK, Europe, and North America, this agency partners with scaling online retailers to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that drive measurable commercial impact. Their approach is grounded in data, strategy, and a strong focus on contribution margin rather than vanity metrics. They have built a reputation for technical excellence, commercial thinking, and a culture that values curiosity, precision, and accountability.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced PPC Manager to join their team on a REMOTE basis. This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially minded PPC Manager with strong experience in e-commerce and Google Ads. You will take ownership of campaign delivery across Shopping, Performance Max, and Search, ensuring accounts are optimised to drive profitable growth. Alongside execution, you will bring a strategic mindset — understanding how performance connects to wider commercial outcomes. Acting as both a strategic and operational lead, you will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, guide performance decisions, and play a key role in client relationships. You will work closely with senior leadership, contributing to account growth, refining delivery standards, and supporting the wider PPC team.

Please note: This role is exclusively focused on Google Ads within e-commerce. It is not suitable for generalist marketers, lead generation specialists, freelancers, or candidates looking to step up into a first management role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimise Google Ads performance across Shopping, Performance Max, and Search for a portfolio of e-commerce clients
  • Develop and execute profit-led strategies aligned to commercial metrics such as POAS, LTV, and CAC
  • Manage and optimise product feeds and Merchant Centre (diagnostics, disapprovals, data quality) using tools such as DataFeedWatch or similar
  • Build scalable account structures and deliver structured audits and optimisation plans to drive growth
  • Lead client communication, presenting performance insights and acting as a trusted strategic partner
Key Requirements:
  • Deep, hands-on Google Ads expertise, with a strong focus on e-commerce (not lead generation)
  • Current or recent PPC agency experience, operating at PPC Manager level or above (not a step-up role)
  • Proven experience managing large budgets (£10k+ per account; £150k–£200k+ portfolio level)
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link campaign performance to profit and business outcomes
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience, plus strong feed optimisation and Merchant Centre knowledge
