Working closely with the Large Corporate & Real Estate Teams as well as wider Group specialisms, this individual will be proactively seeking and converting new leads into valuable long-term clients. This is a client-facing, target-driven position that requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
- Generate, develop, and secure new business opportunities for the Corporate Insurance Team.
- Identify and respond to market opportunities to grow the company’s insurance income.
- Engage proactively with prospective clients using existing and bespoke marketing materials.
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, client-facing role, ideally within insurance or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business growth targets.
