Are you an AssocRICS Residential Surveyor with at least 1 year post-qualification experience looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with a highly supportive team? Due to continued growth, they are expanding their team and looking for experienced residential surveyors to join their network.

The Role

As an AssocRICS Residential Surveyor, you will manage a varied and rewarding workload while working in a fully home-based environment. You will have the autonomy to manage your own diary while benefiting from the support of experienced Regional Directors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting RICS Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys
  • Handling a balanced mix of lender and private client instructions
  • Managing your own diary and workload
  • Producing high-quality, compliant residential survey reports

Requirements
