In 2025, we were placed number 52 on the UKs Best Workplaces for Development list for large organisations, a place we are super proud of, but we believe that we can get higher on the list and so we are recruiting a Talent Development Business Partner for our ever-growing business.
As a Talent Development Business Partner, you will be experienced in all elements of learning and development, including researching, creating and delivering training sessions and programmes across our business. As a business with a successful Apprenticeship framework in place, uses Insight Discovery and has a focus on empowering and developing our people to be the best in class, we already have a great footprint to build from.
This role will also include some HR activities to support the People Business Partners along with leading our Wellbeing strategy.
To be successful in this role, we are ideally looking for candidates that have worked within a similar position such as:
- Talent and Development Business Partner
- Talent Development Specialist
- Talent Development Manager
- Talent Development Advisor
- Learning and Development Business Partner
- Learning and Development Specialist
Ideally, this role is based in the Northwest of England but will include travel across the UK as we continue to expand.
