Working hours: Monday - Friday 06.00am – 15.30pm and Monday – Friday 10.00am – 19.30pm on a rotating weekly basis.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at NRG Riverside’s Bellshill Depot as we continue our journey of growth. We are seeking an experienced Depot-Based Mobile HGV Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles, including refuse trucks. Where required, specialist training will be provided to enhance your existing skills and support our unique range of assets.

We provide specialist vehicles on both short and long-term hire, alongside comprehensive maintenance packages and a wide selection of high-quality used vehicles for sale. What candidate are we looking for?
- Experience from within an HGV Technician/ HGV Engineer/ HGV Mechanic/ Mobile HGV Technician/ Mobile Fleet Engineer role (essential)
- HGV Technical qualification - NVQ or City and Guilds equivalent. This is preferred but time-served experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience working with auxiliary equipment advantageous
- Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics would be advantageous
- Class 1 or Class 2 licence preferred
- Excellent customer service and a great team player whilst also able to work on own initiative
What will be your duties? As the HGV Technician you will undertake routine inspection.
