Overview
We are seeking an experienced People/HR Business Partner to support the South East region. The role is based primarily from home with 60% of time spent visiting depot sites.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders across multiple locations to deliver people strategies.
- Lead change initiatives and manage employee relations cases.
- Use data to coach and support line managers.
- Provide expertise on HR policies, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of ER and change management.
- Data‑driven approach and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
