About The Role

As a Commercial Administrator / Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting with quotes and co-ordinating bid submissions, supporting with contracts as well as ensuring our CRM system is up-to-date.

What kind of person are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar role such as a Commercial Administrator; Tender Administrator; Sales Administrator; Bid Co-ordinator; Tender Co-ordinator; Sales Coordinator etc.
  • Comfortable with the use of MS Office (including intermediate Excel skills)
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse and collaborate effectively with all teams across the business including board members.
  • Forward thinking with the ability to easily find solutions to problems.

What You’ll Be Doing Day To Day

  • Logging quote requests from the Business Development team onto the CRM system.
  • Liaising with manufacturers for quotes and updates.
  • Supporting the Commercial Manager to generate pricing and quote documents.
  • Drafting contract schedules using a standard template.
  • Completing company information for tender submissions.
  • Supporting the Bid Manager with tender response co-ordination.
  • Reviewing tender alert emails.
  • Managing both the Commercial and Tenders mailboxes.
  • Updating the bid library with new content (written by the Bid Team).
