About the Role

You’ll be working as an in-house Mortgage Broker within a thriving estate agency, handling a consistent flow of high-quality leads. You’ll work closely with an experienced director, managing a back book of existing clients, ensuring continued business growth and referrals. The role is fully office-based, allowing for close collaboration with the estate agency team and ensuring maximum conversion of leads. With full administrative support, you’ll have the freedom to focus on advising clients and closing deals without getting bogged down in paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients from the estate agency\’s lead flow.
• Work closely with the estate agency team to maximise referral opportunities.
• Support and manage an existing client back book, ensuring continued business and relationship building.
• Process mortgage applications efficiently with full admin support up to completion.
• Stay up to date with mortgage market changes, lender criteria, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure a seamless client experience by providing outstanding service and advice.

Skills & Experience Required

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Broker/ Mortgage Advisor.
• Experience working within an estate agency environment is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to maximise lead conversion.
• Proven track record of writing business and achieving targets.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve high earnings.
• Ability to work full-time in an office-based role.
