About the RoleThis is a crucial, hands-on Mortgage Administrator position focused on post-submission case management. You will take ownership of progressing cases from application through to completion, ensuring nothing stalls due to lack of follow-up or administration. Working closely with the founder broker, you’ll become the engine behind the business – managing submissions, chasing lenders and solicitors, coordinating documents and keeping cases moving at pace.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting underwriting and submitting cases to lenders
- Chasing solicitors, lenders, valuers and clients to drive progress
- Managing multiple live cases simultaneously, including portfolio builds
- Updating files using detailed fact-finds and broker notes
- Handling inbox management, documentation and general case administration
- Ensuring a high standard of service and attention to detail throughout the client journey
Salary: £30,000 Office-based role in Luton with hybrid flexibility
