Key Responsibilities

  • Structure bridging finance cases, ensuring all deals are viable, fully packaged and ready for lender review.
  • Work directly with brokers, offering expert advice, problem‑solving and deal restructuring.
  • Identify suitable lenders, products and structures based on client circumstances, security type and exit strategy.
  • Manage the packaging process from enquiry through to submission, liaising with lenders, valuers and solicitors.
