They are now looking for an Internal Business Development Manager with knowledge of specialist lending to strengthen their sales function and help drive new business growth.

About the role:

This is a relationship-led, commercially focused role where you will develop introducer partnerships, convert inbound opportunities and drive new business growth. Working closely with brokers and intermediaries, you will act as a key contact, promoting lending solutions and supporting deals through to completion alongside underwriting and operations teams. Initial onboarding will be office-based to support training and integration before transitioning to hybrid working.
