The Role
This is a Partner‑level appointment within the Real Estate Finance practice, focused on advising lenders, borrowers, and investors on a wide range of secured real estate financing matters. The successful individual will play a key role in expanding the firm’s real estate finance capability, supporting continued growth without compromising quality or client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing real estate finance and secured lending transactions, including investment, development, refinancing, and structured finance work
- Advising banks, alternative lenders, funds, sponsors, and investors on real estate‑backed lending
- Maintaining and growing lender, borrower, investor, and referrer relationships
- Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the Real Estate Finance practice
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate
- Playing an active role in business development, profile raising, and client relationship management
