As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting Mortgage and Finance Advisers by managing cases from submission through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring applications are accurately packaged, progressed efficiently and kept on track throughout the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end mortgage and specialist finance cases from submission to completion.
- Package mortgage applications accurately and efficiently for submission.
- Submit Decisions in Principle and support affordability assessments.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and customers throughout the process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate case notes across CRM and case management systems.
- Monitor progress of live cases and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Work to strict SLAs, KPIs and completion deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with FCA Consumer Duty and internal processes.
- Support advisers by keeping pipelines organised and progressing efficiently.
- Handle AML and KYC checks as required.
