About the Mortgage Broker Role

As a Mortgage Broker, you\’ll work closely with a team of industry experts to provide specialist mortgage advice to a variety of clients. You\’ll manage your own diary and client relationships, ensuring a first-class service while maximising revenue opportunities. This role offers a hybrid working model, giving you the flexibility to work remotely while meeting clients and collaborating with the team.

Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice on a range of whole of market Mortgage products
• Work with a steady stream of high-quality leads sourced from internal divisions, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term success.
• Manage your own diary, offering a flexible approach to client meetings.
• Keep up to date with market trends and lending criteria to provide the best solutions.
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with the administration and compliance teams to ensure smooth case progression.

Mortgage Broker Package & Benefits

• Salary: up to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission.
• Commission: Tiered structure up to 30%
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm.

Mortgage Broker Skills & Experience Required

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).

• Ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively.
