About the Role
This is an internal, office-based business development role focused on generating qualified opportunities for senior deal-makers. You will be at the forefront of the sales engine, speaking directly with brokers and introducers, identifying opportunities and feeding a high-value pipeline. You’ll undergo a structured onboarding programme, including intensive product training and live call coaching, before moving into a highly targeted, metrics-driven sales environment. Success in this role is built on activity, resilience and the ability to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to brokers and introducers
- Build relationships and identify qualified lending opportunities
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for senior sales colleagues
- Accurately log all activity and pipeline data within CRM systems
- Work towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs focused on conversations and conversions
- Continuously improve performance through feedback, coaching and call reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand deal structures and criteria
Package & Earning Potential
- Base salary: £22,568 (under 21) £26,437 (21+)
- Realistic OTE: £38,000 with strong performers exceeding £50,000
