Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and structure development finance deals directly with property developers.
  • Conduct site visits, assess project viability, and create tailored funding solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with developers and intermediaries.
  • Manage the end-to-end lending process, from structuring deals to completion.
  • Stay ahead of the market, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
