You won’t just be reliant on brokers; you’lldevelop direct relationships with property developers, leveraging yourmarket expertise to shape and fund projects in the ÂŁ5m sweet spot. With a commission structure that sees top BDMs earning fivefigures per quarter, your earnings potential is ÂŁ150k – ÂŁ200k OTE—ifyou have the drive and expertise to make deals happen. Key Responsibilities Originate andstructure development finance deals directly with property developers. Conduct site visits, assess project viability, and createtailored funding solutions. Build strong, long-termrelationships with developers and intermediaries. Manage theend-to-end lending process, from structuring deals to completion. Stay ahead of the market, identifying trends andopportunities for growth. Basic salary up to ÂŁ90k (negotiable based onexperience). Full autonomy to develop your own pipeline.
