About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you\’ll be the face of the business within your region, developing and maintaining relationships with a network of brokers and intermediaries. You\’ll have autonomy to manage your diary, build meaningful partnerships, and drive growth across the company\’s bridging, refurbishment, and buy-to-let products. You\’ll be joining a high-performing, supportive team that values initiative, collaboration, and results.
