As a Bridging Finance Broker, you’ll lead on sourcing, structuring, and completing bridging loans across the UK property market. You’ll work directly with borrowers, introducers, and lenders to deliver fast, efficient, and fully compliant lending solutions. You’ll have access to high‑quality leads, but you’ll also be encouraged to leverage your own network and initiative to generate new business, giving you the flexibility to grow your income quickly. Key Responsibilities- Originate and manage a pipeline of bridging finance deals from enquiry through to completion.
- Liaise with borrowers, brokers, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth deal execution.
