About the Role
This Sales Support position sits between Sales and Underwriting and offers broad exposure across the full lending journey. Unlike a classic Business Development role, this position is centred on analytical support, case progression and coordination. You will work closely with the BDM team, managing new enquiries, digesting key deal information and helping cases move smoothly through credit. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming enquiries from the Sales team.
- Liaise with brokers, borrowers and internal teams to progress cases through the credit process.
- Prepare initial assessments and summaries for the underwriting team.
- Coordinate documentation, conduct preliminary checks and ensure all case files are complete and compliant.
- Support both Sales and Credit to maintain an efficient, high‑quality customer experience.
