Role Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion
- Support residential brokers with day‑to‑day case administration
- Handle 15–20 completions per month
- Chase lenders, solicitors, surveyors and clients to progress cases efficiently
- Maintain accurate CRM records and case notes
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
- Support Trustpilot review generation and client feedback processes
- Work collaboratively with the back‑office team to ensure smooth case flow
- Meet productivity targets across calls, emails and turnaround times
