About the Role

As a Bridging Finance Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for originating, managing and developing intermediary relationships within your designated region, with a primary focus on bridging finance. You will position tailored short‑term lending solutions to brokers, guide cases from enquiry to completion, and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the process. This is a highly autonomous role, supported by experienced underwriting, credit and internal sales teams, allowing you to focus on building relationships and converting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with mortgage intermediaries and introducers.
  • Originate new bridging finance opportunities, supporting a consistent deal flow.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving targets.
  • Own deals from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Manage your diary with a strong emphasis on face‑to‑face broker meetings.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of bridging products, criteria and policy to position solutions.
  • Deliver product, criteria and broker portal training to intermediary partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and broker feedback, sharing insights internally.
  • Attend industry events, roadshows and internal meetings as required.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a relationship‑led sales role within bridging finance.
  • Demonstrable success developing intermediary relationships and generating new business.
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to structure and position bridging solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with credibility in front of experienced brokers.
  • Solid technical understanding of short‑term property finance and lending structures.
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated and comfortable managing a large geographic region.
