About the Role
As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll be right at the heart of the business. You’ll support experienced Consultants, learn the recruitment lifecycle and build the foundations to progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role. You’ll be speaking to candidates, building relationships, attending industry events and becoming part of a busy, energetic recruitment team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Consultants with sourcing, screening and candidate engagement
- Speaking with candidates and booking interviews
- Managing CRM systems and applications
- Coordinating interview processes and feedback
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Industry & networking events across the UK
- Supportive office culture with hands-on training and mentoring
- Hybrid working after probation
