As a Senior Associate within the Commercial Real Estate Finance team, you will handle a broad and high‑quality caseload of real estate finance matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers on complex and often high‑value transactions. Key responsibilities:- Managing a varied caseload of commercial real estate finance matters from instruction through to completion
- Acting for lenders and borrowers on secured lending transactions, including acquisitions, refinancings and development finance
- Drafting and negotiating finance documents, security packages and ancillary documentation
- Coordinating with real estate, corporate and construction teams on multi‑disciplinary transactions
- Providing clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice to lenders, investors, sponsors and developers
