As a Protection Broker, you will advise clients on the full suite of personal protection products, handling warm, pre‑qualified enquiries generated through the Mortgage customer referrals and existing client book.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality protection advice
  • Manage and convert a steady pipeline of warm, pre‑qualified enquiries
  • Conduct detailed fact‑finding to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Prepare applications accurately and liaise with insurers to see policies through to completion
  • Maintain excellent compliance standards and ensure FCA‑aligned customer outcomes
  • Keep up to date with insurer products, underwriting changes, and market developments
  • Build long‑term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business

Competitive basic salary (experience dependent) with a genuinely uncapped commission structure and high earning potential. Continuous flow of warm, quality protection leads, strong administrative and compliance support, Monday to Friday working with no weekend requirement. Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience as a Protection Advisor, Protection Broker, Life Insurance Advisor, or similar
  • Strong product knowledge across life, critical illness, income protection, and related policies
  • Confident communicator with strong consultative selling skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of customers
  • Target‑driven, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality, compliant advice
  • Ability to manage a busy pipeline and convert warm leads effectively
