About the Role

You'll manage clients from initial enquiry through to completion, arranging specialist property finance solutions that meet their individual requirements. This is a consultative, telephone‑led role where you'll build lasting relationships, package complex transactions and work closely with lenders, valuers and solicitors to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of specialist property finance enquiries.
  • Arrange Bridging Finance, Commercial Mortgages, Development Finance, Buy‑to‑Let and Specialist Property Finance solutions.
  • Source funding through a wide panel of lenders.
  • Package complex property transactions.
  • Liaise with lenders, valuers and solicitors through to completion.
  • Build strong relationships with investors, landlords and developers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in specialist property finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Bridging Finance, Commercial Mortgages and Development Finance.
  • Experience with Buy‑to‑Let, Portfolio Landlords, Semi‑Commercial and Investment Property.
  • Proven ability to package and place complex property transactions.
  • Experience using Mortgage Brain and multi‑lender sourcing systems.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Confident liaising with solicitors, valuers and lenders.
  • CeMAP, commercial lending qualifications or a relevant degree are advantageous.
