About the Property Finance Broker Role:
As a Property Finance Broker, you’ll provide whole-of-market advice across various specialist lending products, including commercial, bridging, and development finance. This consultative role allows you to build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide expert guidance, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for all their specialist lending needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver whole-of-market commercial and bridging finance advice.
- Tailor solutions to meet clients' unique needs, from simple to complex financial structures.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through every step of the lending process.
- Act as a trusted partner, helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless post-submission experience and successful outcomes.
Package:
- Base Salary: Starting from £32,000 per annum, with substantial commission potential.
- Commission Structure: Self-generated leads: 15% up to 30%, Provided leads: 7.5% up to 17.5%
- Lead Generation: Self-generation is incentivised, with additional provided leads to support your pipeline.
- Holiday Entitlement: 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas & New Year off.
- Additional Benefits: Administrative support post-submission, Commission on referrals for in-house services.
- Employment Type: Employed or self-employed options available.
